ASBINDO Members Gathering held on June 5, 2012 at Guest House 678 Kemang which was attended by members and also representatives ASBINDO Regional from Tomohon, Sorong, Batam, Katingan, and Bali. At the gathering, 41 participants that attended was also have sharing the latest information from ASBINDO Regional and also Leadership Training and Communication Skills

ASBINDO Chairman, Glenn Pardede in his speech at the event confirmed that to be a large and powerful organization, the support of all members is required. The purpose of this activity is to strengthen communication and enhance the capacity and capability of members. Glenn also state that being a member of ASBINDO not only have financially profit  but also other social benefits.

On Leadership and Communication Skill Training, the Trainer, Fransiska Fortuna AS, ST, MM indicates the importance of maintaining the existence of either an individual or organization. Participants were invited to perform several simulations and games to have better understand the essence of willingness and effort to maintain and keep an exixtence. In communicating to other individuals or organizations, knowledge about what the other person's style of communicating  is required. The experience of communication form the individual communication’s style when communicate to the other person that have the opposite style.

After the training session, followed by sharing from each ASBINDO Regional that contain information of activities and membership in each region. This activity is closed by giving information on the report of ASBINDO current activities and Green Services as one of the services regardings the ASBINDO Urban Greening Forum Agenda.
