Peraturan Menteri Pertanian no 60/PERMENTAN/OT.140/9/2012 tentang Rekomendasi Impor Produk Hortikultura. Berikut beberapa informasi penting yang disarikan dari peraturan tersebut.
- Permentan no 60/PERMENTAN/OT.140/9/2012 merupakan turunan dari UU no 13 tahun 2012 pasal 88, serta landasan lainnya pasal 2, pasal 3 dan pasal 4 dari UU tsb.
- Permentan ini terdiri dari 7 bab, 35 pasal dan 5 lampiran, yang mengatur 20 jenis komoditi (sayuran : 7 jenis, buah2an : 10 jenis dan florikultura :3 jenis) dan 57 pos tarif. RIPH diajukan untuk produk hortikultura segar, bahan industri dan olahan. Produk florikultura yang diatur hanya untuk krisan, anggrek dan heliconia.
- Permentan no 60/PERMENTAN/OT.140/9/2012 ini berkaitan dengan Permendag no 60/M-DAG/PER/9/2012. Pemberlakuan peraturan ini sejak tanggal 28 September 2012.
